Quoted after we see the property
We do not publish a single rate, because a two-bedroom apartment in Rose Hill and a five-bedroom house in Floréal are not the same job. We quote after a site visit, and the quote is fixed for the term of the agreement.
What the quote is based on
- Property size: number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and total floor area.
- Frequency: weekly, twice weekly, or per turnover for short lets.
- Scope: the standard package, plus any add-ons you want included.
- Access and travel: where the property sits in our service area.
A straight answer on rates
Rates are set per property after the site visit and confirmed in the written agreement before any work begins. There is no booking fee and no charge for the visit or the quote.
Maid service
A typical package is one four-hour visit per week, around sixteen hours a month, sized for a three-bedroom home. Larger homes and higher frequencies scale from there. Your rate is fixed after the site visit.

Laundry and ironing
Washing, drying, folding and ironing. Priced by load or by the hour, added to your weekly visit.
Window and glass cleaning
Interior windows, glass panels and accessible exterior glass. Usually scheduled monthly rather than weekly.
Kitchen and dishwashing
Dishes, cutlery, pots, utensils and full kitchen surface cleaning, beyond the standard dusting scope.
The questions we actually get
Do I get the same cleaner every week?
Yes. One cleaner is assigned to your property and works the same agreed day each week. If they are ever unavailable we tell you in advance and arrange cover rather than simply not turning up.
What exactly is included in a standard clean?
Floor care, dusting and bathroom cleaning. The full task list is on each service page and is repeated in your agreement, so there is no ambiguity about what the visit covers.
What is not included?
Laundry and ironing, window and glass cleaning, and kitchen dishwashing sit outside the standard package. Each is available as a priced add-on. We list them openly rather than letting you find the gap later.
How much does it cost?
Rates are set per property after a free site visit, because size, frequency and scope vary too much for a single published number to be honest. Your rate is then fixed in the written agreement.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Beau Bassin and cover twenty-eight towns and neighbourhoods across Plaines Wilhems and Moka, including Rose Hill, Quatre Bornes, Vacoas, Phoenix, Curepipe, Floréal, Ébène, Réduit and Moka.
Are your staff properly employed?
Yes. They are employed under Mauritian law with payslips, statutory leave, public holidays and legally required notice periods. Their hours are capped at the agreed figure and any extra hours are agreed and paid properly.
Do you bring your own cleaning products?
This is agreed at the site visit and recorded in the agreement. Many clients prefer their own products be used, particularly in villas with specific surfaces, and we are happy either way.
Can I change the scope or the day later?
Yes, by mutual agreement in writing. Changes to the duties, hours, day or rate are recorded and signed by both sides so the record stays accurate.
